Shipping policy

At Maison Melangez, every order is handled with the same care and intention that goes into crafting our pieces.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. As each piece is handcrafted in small quantities, additional time may be required for select items. You will be notified if there is any delay.

Shipping Times Standard International Shipping: 10–20 business days Expedited options may be available at checkout depending on your location.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information so you can follow your piece to its destination.

Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.

Damaged or Lost Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at maisonmelangez@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right.
